Mood Board of Death Period

A Mood Board is a way that people can come up with ideas for a theme. Mood Boards are highly customization and help link ideas with images and text. With a mood board people are able to get a range of ideas and are given a simpler time with thinking of ideas for a film, video, show, or music.

The picture above shows my groups Mood Board, it has our own particular style and shape and has it's own title. In our mood board we have have been searching and collecting images that link to our films theme of thriller. Apart from our title our mood board has no text at all however I believe we have a large amount of images to help us think of words and ideas that link to our theme within our heads. We came up with ideas like sinister, mysterious, creepy, cold, lonely and anger etc. For our pictures we mainly focused on getting those that linked with a thriller however we also searched for images that related to the location in which we decided would be the venue for our opening thriller. We ended up receiving a large variety of images such as images of innocent people getting stalked by creepy mysterious people. We also found dark images that expressed the paranormal and unnatural. In conclusion our mood board helped us as it gave us more ideas for what we could do for our thriller and extended our train of mind of how the films story could be and how we'd show the start of that story within an opening thriller.
